On Friday, March 2,2001 Kagawa (Laura’owner) met Mocha .
When he went to LA for job, he had a chance to report her thanks to Harami's guide.
From the bottom of my heart I thank Ms.Harami & Ms.Goto for their favor and sparing time with me.

２００１年３月２日（金）に香川次朗さん（ローラ）がモカちゃんと会うことが出来ました。
ロスへ仕事に行かれた合間に原見さんの案内で思いがけず取材できることになりました。
原見さんと後藤さんの御好意とお時間をいただいた御協力に心より感謝いたします。

　Mocha lives in a suburb of LA.　Today she came from Tamae(Ms.Goto’s daughter)'s house.
This red car is Ms.Harami's. (Cool!)
ロサンゼルス郊外の住宅地にモカちゃんは住んでいます
今日はＴａｍａｅさん（お嬢さん）の所から来てくれました。
右写真の赤い車は原見さんの車だそうです。（カッコイイ！）

Ms.Goto is from Hiroshima, Japan.　Ms.Harami is from Wakayama, Japan, too.
Kagawa said, "It made me feel as if I were not in LA but in Japan to hear two of ladies’ talking
with each other."

原見さんも日本人で和歌山県出身です
香川さん曰く｢お二人が話されているとロスに来ている事をふと忘れてしまう
そんな錯覚をしました｣・・とのことでした

Since the judge is one of Mocha's owners, Al.Forthal,
Mocha is not entitled to entry the nationalwide exhibition in US,2001.
２００１年度全米展の審査員はモカちゃんのＯｗｎｅｒの１人である
アラ．フォーソさん（Ａｌ.Ｆｏｒｔｈａｌ）であるためモカちゃんはエントリーされないそうです

Even in the beginning of March, I felt that spring had already come to LA.
It takes 30 minutes by car from downtown LA to its quiｅt outskirts
where Mocha and Goto’s house is. Thanks to Harami, I had a great chance
to see Mocha winning to get the 2000 CCA National Specialty Best of Breed.
In AKC judgement, they matter, how smooth especially from a nouse part
to ear part, how stable the head is, and where eyes are located etc.
More detailed explanation tells me how much perfectionist Mocha is.
It is a distinct honor since I have not known much about Collie for a little experience ,and
I felt a little bit sorry for any other owners of collies in Japan.
I got my teeth into huge sandwiches surrounded by pictures of Mocha
& her handlaer,Goto’s daughter with many trophies and ribbons .
Mocha’s noble tenderness must be attributed to how much
she has been loved by her family in addition to her makings.
This rule is true for Japanese family,too.



３月初頭でも、ロサンゼルスの陽射しには春が一杯。
ダウンタウンから車で３０分の閑静な住宅街にモカちゃんの家、後藤宅があった。
原見さんに案内していただき２０００年度全米展ＢＯＢのモカちゃんを眼のあたりにする機会に恵まれた。
ＡＫＣの審査では、特に頭部、鼻先から耳の下にかけて両手を滑らせた時のスムースさ、
安定したマズル、ストップと目の位置・・・がポイントとか。
具体的に説明を聞くにつけモカちゃんの完璧さがひしひしと伝わってくる。
コリー歴の浅い私には身に余る光栄であり、日本にいる諸先輩方に少々申し訳ない気がしないではなかった。
たくさんのトロフィーやリボン、ハンドラーをされているお嬢さんとモカちゃんの大きな写真に囲まれながら
豪快なサンドイッチにぱくついた。
モカちゃんの持つノーブルな優しさは、持って生まれた資質に家族みんなの
愛情が注がれた賜であることに、日米の差はなかった。
